How to use Denavir

Apply Denavir every two hours during waking hours for four days to your cold sore with your finger or a cotton swab. After applying wash your hands to prevent denavir from coming into contact with your eyes or other areas.

Side effects

Side effects associated with denavir that may go away during treatment, include burning or itching. If these side effects continue or are bothersome, check with your doctor. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist.

Precautions

Avoid getting this medicine in your eyes. If your symptoms do not improve or if they become worse, check with your doctor.

Do not share denavir with others.

For women: It is not known if denavir is excreted in breast milk. Do not breast feed while using denavir.
